Message from the Principal

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at Harrison Central Jr./Sr. High School! As we embark on this exciting new journey together, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all our returning families and a special greeting to those joining us for the first time.

As we prepare for the new school year, let’s work together to create a positive and inspiring environment for our students. I look forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences.

As we move closer to the start of the school year, I would like to share some important information:

• Student Forms: Parents, please be sure to update all necessary student forms through OneView, which can be accessed here. If you have any questions, feel free to call the main office at 740-942-7700.
• School Supplies: Initial school supplies will be provided by the district. Students will receive their supplies during the first week of school.
• Back-to-School Rally: Thursday, August 14 – Join us at the Stephenson Center from 3:00–5:00 PM for fun and festivities!
• Meet the Team: Thursday, August 14 – Fall sports teams, cheerleaders, and band members will be recognized at 5:00 PM at Wagner Field.
• Open House: Friday, August 22 – Visit our school campus from 9:30–11:30 AM. This is a great opportunity to meet school staff.
• First Day of School: Monday, August 25 – The first day of school for students. The school day runs from 7:55 AM to 2:40 PM. Please note that doors will not open until 7:35 AM.
• Student Schedules: Schedules will be available online through ProgressBook starting August 20.

Together, we will make this school year a successful and rewarding experience for all.
