Grading Period & Report Card Updates

Hello!

As we approach the end of the first grading period, we want to share a few important dates and updates for the 2026–2027 school year.

Grades 7–12: First Grading Period
The first grading period ends Friday, October 16, and report cards will be available in ProgressBook on Friday, October 23.

Why Are Grading Schedules Different?
This year, grading periods vary by grade level:

• Grades PK–6: Follow a traditional nine-week grading schedule.
• Grades 7–8: Follow the junior high grading schedule, with the final grading period ending May 28.
• Grades 9–12: Follow the same schedule as grades 7–8 until spring. Their fourth grading period ends April 30 to allow for Maymester, May 3–28.

Report Card Dates for Grades 7–12

• October 23, 2026
• January 8, 2027
• March 5, 2027

Spring Report Cards:

• Grades 7–8: June 4, 2027
• Grades 9–12: May 7, 2027 (Fourth Grading Period) and June 4, 2027 (Maymester)
